"I became unhappy a couple of months ago with my long-time insurance company and started shopping around for a new agent. I talked to several before settling on Ben Norris State Farm. I’ve known Ben for several years but was never on the market for new insurance until then. His staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the market and made it an easy decision. In just a short time we had a localized hail storm that damaged our roof and vehicles. Ben and his staff guided us through the process and we had repairs and reimbursements done very quickly."
